Jinja parameters in logic blocks (e.g. `{% if … %}`) and underline when

There is a contradiction on this page - the requirements show `clickhouse-sqlalchemy` and then there is this sentence stating that the recommended connector is `sqlalchemy-clickhouse`, which is somewhat of an abandoned driver that is not seeing any activity in Github. I would suggest either removing the sentence about "recommended connector" or changing the link (as I have done in this PR).

Update installation instructions to include a section on
connecting to local db via superset running in docker container.
Newcomers may have trouble in this part because it involves
knowing about some docker internal details, as well as
google search doesn't bring many directly useful results.
If it's a commonly occurring issue among new comers,
we may accept this commit.

Add a caution regarding changing database config to allow public incoming.
Add a note that mac users may skip configuring database.
Spelling mistake fix.
