pscp.exe is a part of putty and can be used to transfer files through ssh
example:
pscp.exe -pw ******** ptrowbridge@usmidlnx01:/home/ptrowbridge/pt_share/*.backup "C:\Users\PTrowbridge\OneDrive - The HC Companies, Inc\Backups"
