[js-testing] add tests for explore actions (#2976)

* move to explore folder and delete explorev2 folder

* add tests for fetchDatasourceMetadata

* tests for fetchDatasources, fetchDatasourceMetadata

* use $.ajax for fetch dashboards and write test
