Direction was a prop, which only moved the clipping around: the panel is an overflow-auto box, so a popover below a setting near the bottom is cut by the dock's edge and one above a control near the top is cut by its top. The box is `fixed` now, placed from the icon's own rect, so it leaves the dock altogether -- it prefers up everywhere and flips down only when the window itself has no room above. Scrolling closes it, since a fixed box cannot follow its anchor. Drops the dir prop and the `Change` icon's downward special case. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

React + Vite
This template provides a minimal setup to get React working in Vite with HMR and some ESLint rules.
Currently, two official plugins are available:
- @vitejs/plugin-react uses Oxc
- @vitejs/plugin-react-swc uses SWC
React Compiler
The React Compiler is not enabled on this template because of its impact on dev & build performances. To add it, see this documentation.
Expanding the ESLint configuration
If you are developing a production application, we recommend using TypeScript with type-aware lint rules enabled. Check out the TS template for information on how to integrate TypeScript and typescript-eslint in your project.
