Paul Trowbridge 8753719db8 Make the stack pivot link visible and move it clear of delete ... The link was copied from the delete button's hover-reveal styling, so the only way to a stack pivot was invisible until you hovered — and then it appeared right beside the button that deletes the stack. Pivot is now always shown; delete stays hover-only, separated by a divider.
