spec.md described a status bar, a flat Sources page, and neither Bridge nor the import hub. It now covers the routing model, the page split, the token system, and the lazy-loaded Pivot chunk. CLAUDE.md's light/dark section told the next reader to add `.dark .bg-white`-style overrides, which is exactly what the token work removed.
